Charlie my adorable lovable boy!

This is how Charlie drinks. I think its easier for him or he is to lazy to get up to drink.
I was looking for a female ferret for my other three ferrets, Alvin, Simon, and Eleanor. So I went to the pet shop and there was a male and female. The male looked really big and fat. So I picked him up and right when I did, I fell in love with him and I knew I had to have him. He was so lovable! He started kissing me and he would just lay in my arms. I stood there for at least 20 mins holding him and letting him kiss me. So I bought him. I named him Charlie well cause it just fit him. I took him home and he sat in my lap for two hours and slept on the couch with me as well. Charlie is a wonderful loving ferret I have ever met! I love him soooo much, but after a two days of having him a realized his weight was keeping him from doing normal stuff that my other ferrets do. He couldn't climb the cage to get back in it. He peed on himself cause he was to big. I asked the pet store how long he has been in that cage and they said a year. So he was living in a pretty small cage for a year. I felt so bad. I am now working on him trying to get him to lose weight. He plays and waddles with all the other ferrets and he deserves to win Ferret Of the Month. Thanks for letting me share my story and picture.
