Sweet Tooth - Spoilt ferret

This is my youngest Nubby. He is 3 yrs old and is quite the handful, especially around Christmas time.

I found this out on year two when he discovered Christmas trees were fun to climb to reach the single candy cane at the top. The single candy cane represents Bonnie our deceased ferret, so he could not have that one.

I went out and bought a box of miniatures and I cannot tell you how many of them I found in his favorite hiding spots. I still find them.

So, every year at Christmas we get a box of candy canes for Nubby and one of those goes on the tree to represtent Bonnie.

Ferret-World sais: It is a cute story Denise but Im not sure about giving your ferret candy cane. Sugar is extreamly unhealthy for you ferret and I would recommend switching to a healthier treat such as fresh raw meat.

I think I might use this photo under the unhealthy ferret food section also...
